GO GREEN - SUPERIOR MAT COMPANY is committed to the responsibility of the environment and our world’s forestry lands.

We have two in-house foresters who are full time and oversee our own timber tracts. In addition, we purchase standing timber from local landowners for use in our mill, and we have our own logging operations.

Both our foresters and logging crews are SFI Certified. As such, we promote conservation of natural resources following the principles and criteria for forestry management recommended by SFI, FSC and AF&PA.
